Website design for pilates and fitness studios in Ireland.

Someone thinking of trying your studio wants three things: what classes are on, what they cost and how to book. We build studio and gym websites that answer those in seconds on a phone, and that your team can update.

01 Timetable, booking and pricing

The timetable is the most visited page on any studio site, so it has to be accurate and easy to read on a phone. We embed the booking system you already use, Mindbody or another, rather than asking you to change it. Booking, login, class packs and memberships sit inside the site, so a member never feels handed off.

Pricing has to be clear: an intro offer for newcomers, class packs for regulars and memberships for the committed, laid out so someone can see which is for them. Hiding the numbers behind a form loses people who were ready to book.

Timetable, price, book. In that order, on every phone.

02 One site, every location

If you have more than one studio, each gets its own page: address, timetable link, what runs there and who teaches. That is what lets you rank for pilates Sandymount and pilates Stillorgan separately, rather than one generic page competing for everything and winning nothing. Each Google Business Profile links to its own page, so a search on a phone lands on the right studio.

Local search for a studio or gym is the basics done consistently: a complete profile per location, the same name, address and phone number everywhere, and a matching page. Our local SEO service covers this per location.

03 Mobile, photography and a site you can run

Almost all studio traffic is on a phone, often between a class and the bus. We design mobile-first: timetable and Book button within reach of a thumb, pages that load in around a second, app links where you have one.

Photography sells a studio more than copy does. Real people in your real space, good light, no stock. We tell you which shots the design needs before the shoot.

Most studios want to update classes, prices and offers themselves. We build on Squarespace or WordPress where that is the priority, to the same standard as a custom build. A Care plan covers the changes you would rather give to us, and hosting on our own stack at 99.9 percent uptime is included for the first year.

04 In practice

Platinum Pilates runs five reformer Pilates studios and three physiotherapy clinics across Dublin: Sandymount, Stillorgan, Clonskeagh, Glenageary and Hatch Street. The site had to speak to four audiences at once: newcomers, existing clients managing bookings, physiotherapy patients, and corporate partners looking at workplace wellness.

We built one Squarespace site for the lot. Every studio has its own page and timetable link. Four reformer levels, Essentials and Dynamic 1, 2 and 3, sit beside Reformer Natal, Clinical Pilates, Tower Pilates and Corporate Wellness, each with a page. Mindbody handles booking, timetables, login and class packs inside the site, with a shop and gift cards alongside. A tiered pricing page presents intro offers, class packs and memberships, with app links for members. Read the case study →

05 What it costs

Launch is €5,400 for up to six pages, for a single studio. Grow is €10,800 for up to fifteen pages with SEO, for a studio with several locations that each need to rank. Both include hosting for the first year, and you get a written fixed quote within two working days. A Care plan is €190 a month for updates, backups and small changes. See the pricing page and our guide to what a website costs in Ireland.

We also build for clinics and physios, solicitors and financial advisers, and our web design service covers everything else.

06/ FAQ

Common questions.

Can you work with our booking system?

Yes. We embed the platform you already use. For Platinum Pilates that was Mindbody: timetables, booking, login, class packs and gift cards inside the Squarespace site.

Can we update the timetable and prices ourselves?

Yes. We build on Squarespace or WordPress when a studio wants to run the site in-house, and a Care plan at 190 euro a month covers the rest.

Do we need a separate page for each location?

Yes, if each one is to rank locally. A page per studio with its own address, timetable link and Google Business Profile puts the right location in front of a local search.

Does this apply to gyms too?

Yes. The problems are the same: timetable, pricing, booking, locations. The design changes, the structure does not.
