This page explains what happens to your data when you use the contact form on this website. It does not cover any data handling we do once you become a client, that's set out in your project agreement.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name, budget range and project description you enter. We don't use cookies or analytics scripts on this site, so we don't collect any browsing data alongside it.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we're a good fit for your project, and send you a quote.
Our lawful basis
We process this data under legitimate interest, replying to a direct enquiry you've sent us, and, by submitting the form, your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; see below.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to reply to you and to keep a record of what we quoted for, and delete it once it is no longer needed for that. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as we are working together and for as long afterwards as our tax and accounting obligations require.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is sent to us via Formspree, a third-party form processor, and then to our email inbox. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port the data we hold on you, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@3w.studio. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
