01 The brief

Engage Financial Solutions is a Central Bank of Ireland regulated brokerage operating from Blackrock, Co. Dublin, providing mortgages, life and income protection, retirement planning, wealth management, savings and investments to both individual and business clients.

The work went well beyond template implementation: restructuring the entire CMS architecture from the ground up, engineering multi-step conversion funnels for each service vertical, and holding strict GDPR and Central Bank compliance across every digital data collection point.

Compliance had to be structural, not bolted on afterwards.

02 Service architecture

A deep service tree that had to stay navigable for a first-time buyer and a retirement investor alike.

Mortgages

First-time buyers, moving home, switching, self-build and buy-to-let, each with its own pathway.

Insurance

Mortgage protection, life, income, critical illness, group and business cover.

Financial planning

Tax planning, inheritance, wealth management and retirement.

Retirement

Annuities, ARFs, PRSAs, company and personal pensions, and bonds.

Savings & investment

Savings plans, investment strategies and investment bonds.

Online application

An integrated apply flow connected to the brokerage’s application platform.

03 Outcome

Each service area has its own dedicated landing page with tailored conversion pathways, so a first-time buyer lands on a page designed specifically for their needs while a business owner researching group protection takes an entirely different journey.

Data hierarchy, trust signals and user flow were shaped by what a regulated brokerage is required to demonstrate, rather than retrofitted once the design was settled.
